Join Northway Academy in Elk River as a Behavior Technician, where you’ll provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and related condition!. In this hands-on role, you’ll help kids develop meaningful skills—like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction.
