Job Description Job Description Company: ZABA Therapy is fast growing and its highly trained teams are led by BCBA-Ds (Doctoral level Behavior Analysts) and offer the best comprehensive early intensive behavioral intervention (ABA) for children and focused ABA for older learners ranging in age from 8-15. Behavior Technician Role: The Behavior Technician works 1:1 in clinic, daycares or homes delivering ABA programming for children with autism. CAREFULLY NOTE SESSION DAYS AND TIMES AVAILABLE IN Multiple Towns: Weekdays: Hamden Clinic or nearby town in home or daycare. Hours typically 6-8 hour sessions starting around 8:30 am and ending typically 3:00 to 4:30 pm depending on client schedule. Behavior Technician Responsibilities: Structure therapy sessions and follow the treatment plan development by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
