Overview:
The Behavior Health Technician Manager is responsible for the accountability/implementation of the clinical model in the program. This position will oversee day-to-day operation of a residential program: staffing coverage, active treatment program planning and compliance. Provide direct supervision of staff to ensure the delivery of quality services.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field (a related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development).At least three (3) years’ experience with working directly with seriously emotionally disturbed children.
