Job Description
Amergis Educational Staffing is actively hiring Behavior Technicians for the 2025–2026 school year. These School Aides work directly with students who need instructional or behavioral support, under the supervision of the special education department or designated staff. Responsibilities may also include assisting with personal care, physical mobility, and therapeutic needs as directed by licensed professionals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Implements IEP objectives including academic, behavioral, and independent living skills in 1:1 or classroom settings
+ Supports teacher-led activities such as lesson plans, reinforcement systems, small groups, and social games
+ Assists students in general education settings when appropriate
+ Communicates relevant student information to teachers and clinical staff
