You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual in home or group settings. Collect data: They meticulously document client progress to help the BCBA evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. Provide direct support: They work one-on-one with clients, providing support in various settings, including homes, schools, and learning centers. Assist with daily activities: They may help with tasks like dressing, eating, and communication. Promote social skills: They use ABA techniques to help individuals develop social interactions and play skills. Maintain a positive and supportive environment: They create a safe and encouraging space for clients to learn and grow. Qualifications: Previous experience in ABA therapy or other related fields Experience in conflict resolution Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Family owned and a truly great place to work!
