At Upstate Caring Partners, we’re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate individuals with a Bachelor’s degree who want to make an impact in the lives of people with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) while building a future in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll join a dedicated team committed to helping individuals reach their fullest potential. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll teach communication, social, and daily living skills, apply evidence-based ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors, and create positive, supportive environments. This is a hands-on role where every day brings the chance to make a meaningful difference, while growing your own career in ABA.
