The incumbent works with individuals and groups to promote optimum treatment outcomes through the acquisition of socially significant adaptive behaviors and reduction in maladaptive behaviors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Implement behavior modification programs Attend and participate in treatment/behavior management team meetings with staff Ability to collect data as assigned by supervisor Ability to utilize online data collection and scheduling software (i.e. AlohaABA and Motivity).
