Job Purpose:

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering communications and behavioral training, administering training need analysis to impact analysis of training, stakeholder connections and customizing and updating content as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to design, develop, and impart behavioral and communication trainings programs including offline and online content in the areas of Client, Team and stakeholder communication on a regular basis for freshers/laterals globally.
  • Deliver Acuity's signature communications and behavioral training for junior level staff across business and enablement teams
  • Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different delivery teams, including beginners, intermediate users, and advanced users.
