Job Description

Find your purpose working in a dynamic, team oriented, fast paced environment providing mental health interventions to patients with acute mental health urgencies in an Observation setting! The Behavioral Health Observation RN will also appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with our EmPATH team and various community partners involved in developing Community Treatment plans.

EmPATH is a dedicated healing environment separate from the emergency department, staffed with a multidisciplinary psychiatric team providing Emergency, Psychiatric, Assessment, Treatment, and Healing to those initially presenting to emergency rooms with mental health urgencies.

Schedule

  • Part-time | 48 hours every two weeks
  • 12-hour overnight shift | 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. 
  • Every third weekend | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | Holiday rotation
  • St. Cloud Hospital | Behavioral Health Observation | EmPATH Unit
