Job Summary:
The Behavioral Skills Coach is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing all soft skills and behavioral training programs for frontline sales consultants. The role aims to enhance customer experience by improving sales mastery, negotiation, communication, customer handling, objection resolution, grooming, and etiquette. The Coach will conduct training needs analysis, implement structured training plans, and support Franchise Partner performance through workshops, coaching, and refresher sessions.

Create and implement an annual soft skills training calendar for all frontline teams.
Develop and deliver structured training sessions covering communication, negotiation, customer handling, grooming, etiquette, and conflict management.
