Job Description

  • Carry out Behavioral Support Program designed by an IBA and supervised by the Clinic Manager to teach functional skills and address challenging behaviors.

  • Implements individualized BSP’s under the supervision of the Clinic Manager (Licensed Psychometrician) to help clients with behavioral challenges, learn new skills and reduce problematic behaviors.

  • Monitor and record client behavior and progress to track the effectiveness of the BSP.

  • Help clients develop crucial life skills, focusing on communication, socio-emotional, motor and fine motor, and cognitive skills.

  • Keep documented and detailed notes and reports on client sessions and overall progress.

  • Assist clients with daily activities and participate in group settings to encourage engagement and learning.
