Behavioral Technician

Job Description Job Description 365 Home Care provides caregiving services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a behavioral technician who will use the skills they learned from RBT training to provide caregiving services to our clients with challenging behaviors. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about working with children and possess a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of ABA. Responsibilities Provide caregiving services in various settings to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Collect and record accurate data on client progress using various data collection methods. Implement behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors. Assist with the development of teaching materials and resources. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Qualification Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred). Completion of 40 hrs of RBT training (Required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records. Physical ability to engage in activities such as playing, running, and lifting (as needed). Experience with ABA principles and procedures (preferred). Knowledge of specific data collection software or applications. Experience working with electronic data collection.
