Sprouts ABA is seeking professional, reliable Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in their homes and communities. As an independent contractor, you will provide direct ABA implementation following the treatment plan designed by the supervising BCBA, maintain accurate data, and collaborate to support client progress. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions in the home or community Play-based, child-centered teaching using BCBA-created plans Professional, compassionate modeling of coping and communication skills Implement treatment protocols created by the supervising BCBA Data collection using simple, modern tools Communicate session updates and observations to the BCBA Attend scheduled supervision and training sessions (paid separately or included as billable) Maintain high standards of dignity, safety, and professional conduct Maintain your own liability insurance, certifications (if applicable), and documentation as required for contractor status Qualifications RBT certification preferred; candidates without RBT may contract while completing training Experience working with children required Reliable transportation Ability to work independently as a contractor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and able to follow treatment protocols accurately Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Who Thrives Here You’ll love Sprouts ABA if you: ✔ Enjoy seeing tiny moments of progress turn into massive wins ✔ Value a calm, supportive clinical environment ✔ Want autonomy without feeling alone ✔ Care deeply about your clients and want to grow your skills ✔ Prefer a practice where your voice matters Ready to Grow With Us?
