Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing behavioral intervention plans for children on the autism spectrum. A unique and vital part of this role involves providing direct support by transporting clients to and from community-based services or therapy appointments, ensuring they have consistent access to the care they need. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on data collection. Provide parent training and support to families. Safe Transportation: Drive clients in your personal vehicle to scheduled service appointments, community outings, or therapy sessions. Qualifications Proven experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized Skills: Strong communication, patience, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors during transit. This is a remote position.
