A welcoming secondary school is looking for someone to work closely with pupils who need help with behaviour, confidence, and staying engaged in lessons. You’ll be part coach, part role model, part problem-solver.
Your role will include:
Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups
Helping them manage routines and stay focused
Working with pastoral and SEND teams
