GSL Education is recruiting confident and empathetic Behaviour Mentors to support students in Braintree who need additional guidance to manage their emotions and behaviour in the classroom.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to build trust and consistency for pupils who find mainstream learning challenging. You’ll support de-escalation strategies, provide emotional coaching, and promote positive routines throughout the school day.
