Students may present with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, trauma-related behaviours, and emotional regulation difficulties and require consistent, positive role models throughout the school day.

Responsibilities

• As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping students manage behaviour, develop coping strategies, and re-engage with learning.
• You will support the implementation of behaviour plans and restorative approaches, working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams.
