Job Description
Hazel Tree Education are supporting a SEND school in Skelmersdale in their search for a competent and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm.
You will be supporting learners with an array of complex needs including Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, learning needs and challenging behaviour.
Applicants must:
* Have SEND experience, specifically supporting learners with social, emotional and mental health needs including challenging behaviour
* Be patient, calm and kind order to form positive, trusting relationships with pupils
* Be flexible, adaptable to change and able to work on own initiative
* Have a clear and enhanced DBS on the Update service or the means to acquire one.
