 Behaviour Specialist – Secondary AP (L15)


Are you a resilient, empathetic professional with a passion for transforming lives? This specialist secondary provision in L15 is seeking a Behaviour Specialist with proven experience supporting pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviours.

The Role


You’ll work closely with a small cohort of KS3–KS4 pupils, many with EHCPs and complex needs. Your role will involve:


  • De-escalating behaviours and building trust-based relationships




  • Supporting tailored interventions and therapeutic approaches



  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to drive progress
