Do you thrive on helping young people find their feet, especially when emotions run high and days feel tough? We’re looking for a calm, committed Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in a specialist education setting in Telford.
This role is all about being a steady presence. You’ll work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to help students regulate emotions, stay engaged with learning, and build positive coping strategies, both in and out of the classroom.
