Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive? We are seeking a caring and proactive Behaviour Support Assistant to join our lively SEN school for both Primary & Secondary-aged students. Role: Behaviour Support Assistant
Location: Chichester
Working Hours: Full-time (8:30am – 3:30pm)
Start Date: ASAP
About the School & Role:
Based in Southampton, our Alternative Provision caters to primary and secondary students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including those displaying challenging behaviours. The successful Behaviour Support Assistant will work either 1-1 or within small groups to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing, helping students overcome barriers to learning.
