About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner / Psychotherapist to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you will provide functional behavioural assessments, develop positive behaviour support plans, and deliver person‑centred interventions that enhance quality of life for NDIS participants. You’ll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and build strong relationships with participants, families, and support networks.
