Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a highly respected specialist learning environment supporting young people aged 11 to 18 . This is a full-time role with an immediate start , offering secondary-age opportunities within a setting that places wellbeing, structure and individual progress at the heart of everything it does. The provision supports students with severe autism and Asperger’s , many of whom require consistent routines, emotional regulation support and positive behaviour strategies to thrive. Working hours are typically 8.45am to 4.45pm , with some weekday end times varying.
