GSL Education are seeking a proactive Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist secondary provision supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs.

Behaviour Teaching Assistant Responsibilities

  • Support pupils in managing behaviour and accessing learning.
  • Implement behaviour support and de-escalation strategies.
  • Promote positive routines, boundaries and expectations.
  • Support classroom learning and intervention sessions.
  • Work closely with pastoral teams and keyworkers.
