Role & Responsibility:

Develop and implement Behavioural Safety programs to enhance workplace safety culture.

Identify unsafe behaviours and develop targeted interventions to mitigate risks.

Train and mentor employees on Behavioural Safety methodologies.

Drive safety initiatives to foster cultural change within the organization.

Collaborate with HSE teams and management to integrate behavioural safety into overall safety strategies.

Promote employee engagement and participation in safety programs.

Certifications (Preferred):

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy)

TA (Transactional Analysis)
