The Behaviour Support Manager reports to the Director of Care and will serve as an in‑house professional for the identification and management of responsive behaviours. This dedicated Manager will function in a specialty role providing clinical care to older adults presenting with or at risk for responsive behaviours that may be associated with dementia, complex mental health, substance use and/or other neurological conditions.
