About the Role

As a Behaviour Therapist at Hi 5 SEN, you will support students with emotional regulation, social interaction, and behavioural challenges using evidence-based interventions. This role involves close one-on-one or group interaction to help students achieve developmental and behavioural goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured behavioural therapy sessions in line with IEP/IBP goals
• Use ABA principles, CBT strategies, and play-based techniques
• Monitor and record progress, challenges, and behaviour patterns
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to implement strategies across settings
• Support students in developing self-regulation, communication, and coping strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field

Certified or experienced in ABA, CBT, or behaviour intervention (preferred)
