About This Role
AE is seeking an experienced Bell 412 Simulator Instructor to join our world-class training team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality flight simulator instruction to pilots, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company training objectives. This role is critical in preparing aviation professionals for safe and efficient operations on Bell 412 aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ground school and simulator training for Bell 412 pilots in accordance with FAA, EASA, GCAA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Deliver instruction on normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures, aircraft systems, and operational performance.
Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and complete all required documentation.
