- Greet the guest following the Sofitel standards, manage the taxi queue, and assist guests with luggage.
- Provide a warm welcome and farewell to the guests, leading them to the right direction/ location (e.g. Reception)
- Ensure that guest luggage and belongings are well recorded and promptly send/collected to/from the room
- Assist with car/ hotel doors and guest luggage.
- Ensure timely delivery of all guest luggage
- Explain technology and features of guest rooms.
- Exercise care and responsibility when parking guest vehicles. Follow procedures set out in manual.
- Ensure knowledge of daily departing time of due-out guests and arrangements for taxi, shuttle arrangements and limousine services to the airport if required.
