The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and placing candidates on the bench with clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US IT staffing industry, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of success in bench sales recruiting.
