Location : Boss Towers, 2nd Floor, Patrika Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 (Onsite)
Experience : 2-5+ Years
Work Timings : 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)
Job Description:
Must be well versed with Corp2Corp & Contract2Hire positions
Responsible for the full cycle of sales and recruitment.
Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants with vendors or Direct clients
Updating of resumes into different Job portals
Sharing a hot list of consultants in different portals and contacts
Getting the requirements from Tier-1 vendors/Prime vendors
Negotiating with Vendors for appropriate rates
Follow-up with the vendors regarding feedback after the Submissions & interviews
Constant touch with candidates and keeping them informe...
