Job Description
We are looking to hire experienced Bench Sales Recruiters with 0-3 years of experience to join our team immediately. This position is strictly work-from-office, and only candidates who are comfortable with on-site work and face-to-face interviews should apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing IT consultants (H1 B, GC, GC-EAD, OPT) to US clients and vendors
Daily submissions, follow-ups, and rate negotiations
Working on contract, C2 C, and W2 requirements
Coordinating with recruiters, account managers, and candidates
Maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Strong communication and negotiation skills
