Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to support our IT consulting bench in the Canadian market . The ideal candidate will have prior experience marketing IT consultants (Canada) and will be responsible for placing our bench candidates with top clients, staffing partners, and system integrators.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and place bench consultants ( PR, Canadian Citizens, Work Permit holders, etc.) across IT skill sets into contract roles with clients and Tier-1 vendors in Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, direct clients, and vendors.
  • Understand the technologies and skillsets of consultants to effectively match them with relevant job openings.
  • Submit consultants to job requirements, negotiate rates, and follow up to ensure successful onboarding.
