Roles & Responsibilities: Provide mammalian cell culture scale-up and laboratory support Preparation of medium Ordering of tissue culture supplies Routine mammalian cell culture (counting, passaging, banking, QC testing) Scale-up and provisioning of fresh and cryo-preserved cell reagents to end users Maintain multiple cell culture lines in parallel (adherent and suspension cells) Demonstrate basic laboratory skills to propagate and maintain various continuous and primary cell lines including preparation of medium and mycoplasma testing to ensure cell line sterility Comply with all safety training and good laboratory p...
