Bench Scientist

Global pharma company looking to fill a laboratory-based position within their Vaccines Early BioProcess Analytical Development group. The individual will perform routine sample testing, analytical method development and assay qualification studies in support of early vaccine development. Assays include but are not limited to enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) and other plate-based testing.

Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, perform sample testing in support of vaccine development, including bioprocess and formulation development, release, stability, characterization, and adjuvant compatibility studies.

Ability to perform necessary calculations independently and discuss conclusions with their manager.

Document experiments and analyze data from sample testing and method development/qualification experiments using an electronic laboratory notebook with guidance.
