Description CTG is seeking to fill a Benchling Platform Specialist opening for our client Location Remote Duration 12 months Duties Provide subject matter expertise on functional aspects of Benchling solutions to address business challenges effectively Administer and support the Benchling platform including user management configuration and troubleshooting Assist in the development and deployment of new features and functionalities within Benchling Support GxP validation activities including authoring and reviewing validation documentation for projects and minor enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform compliance with QMS processes including deviation management CAPA and change control Analyze and resolve defects bugs and other platform-related issues Skills Benchling Administration and Technical Support expertise Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for technical issues within Benchling Familiarity with GxP regu...
