Benchmarking Technician

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a BenchmarkingTechnician for our Research & Development team here at Pilgrim’s in Greeley, CO! This person will champion the benchmarking process for the R&D teams in our on-site pilot plant. ThePilot Plant Benchmarking Technician is an integral part of Pilgrim’s. Collecting and delivering competitive product data and assisting in pilot plant operations. This position will help support Pilgrim’s growing product lines through product sourcing and management, data collection, and internal support of new product testing and production.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of product analysis including cook time testing, product dimension and weight collection, pre/post heating and product attribute analysis
  • Properly document and organize product analysis
  • In conjunction with management, source competitive products as needed
