Job Description

Set up and calibrate bending machines (CNC, hydraulic, or manual) as per job requirements.

Select appropriate tools, dies, and materials based on production specifications.

Load raw materials (such as metal sheets, tubes, or rods) into the machine.

Operate the bending machine to form parts according to blueprints and technical drawings.

Perform routine maintenance, such as lubrication, tool replacement, and cleaning.

Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs.

Keep the work area organized and free of hazards.
