As a Benefits Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing employee eligibility across insurance carrier platforms and ensuring accurate enrollment processes. This role involves handling data updates, responding to inquiries, and maintaining clear documentation to support operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with carrier representatives, work with census data in MS Excel, and contribute to special projects that enhance team performance.
