Job Description


Assist with overall benefit plan administration for assigned benefit plans applicable to active associates and retirees. Collaborate with the benefit plan managers and team members in working with several vendor account teams to ensure plan compliance. Provide assistance to Human Resources teams and associates throughout the company. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Minimum
- General knowledge of employee benefit plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks to meet long-term targets/objectives
- Strong independent decision-making skills and ability to be self-directed in planning work; strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, follow-up and follow-through skills
