Compensation Professional
The primary function of this role is to manage the day-to-day compensation administration for Brazil and Mexico markets.
- Process semi-monthly payrolls, bonuses, overtime, relocation packages and expenses as required.
Key responsibilities include processing payrolls in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, managing employee benefits, and maintaining accurate records. A strong understanding of payroll policies and procedures is essential for success in this position.

- Expertise in payroll software applications such as ADP or Paychex;
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations regarding compensation;
demonstrated experience working with complex pay systems;
