Job Description

This position supports the Total Rewards/Global Benefits function and will be
responsible for various aspects of program management and administration across the
full spectrum of benefits.
Job Responsibilities

  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes data, metrics, and statistics related to
  • employee benefits and various policies.
  • Partners with People Analytics team to develop and maintain dashboards and
  • reports to provide insights into benefits enrollment, utilization and trends.
  • Performs continuous quality checks of benefits-related data to ensure accuracy
  • and integrity.
  • Supports the development and implementation of a standardized global benefits framework.
  • Assists in maintaining country-specific benefits profiles including benefits
  • inventories, renewals, vendor partnership contact information, etc.
  • Acts as point person for vendor risk assessments and related activities.
