This position supports the Total Rewards/Global Benefits function and will be
responsible for various aspects of program management and administration across the
full spectrum of benefits.
Job Responsibilities
Collects, compiles, and analyzes data, metrics, and statistics related to employee benefits and various policies. Partners with People Analytics team to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into benefits enrollment, utilization and trends. Performs continuous quality checks of benefits-related data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Supports the development and implementation of a standardized global benefits framework. Assists in maintaining country-specific benefits profiles including benefits inventories, renewals, vendor partnership contact information, etc. Acts as point person for vendor risk assessments and related activities. ...
