The purpose of your role as a Benefits Analyst

The Benefits Analyst is a key player in keeping our benefits and retirement programs running smoothly and making them easy for employees to navigate. Working closely with the Benefits Manager, Benefits Coordinator, and the Human Capital team, this role blends data smarts with people-first problem solving. You’ll ensure plans are accurate, compliant, and rock-solid in our Human Capital Management System (HCMS), while bringing technical know-how to streamline processes, partner with vendors, and support clear, helpful employee communications and reporting.


Retirement Planning + Deferred Compensation

  • Be the engine behind smooth retirement plan operations—handling 401(k) deferrals, loans, QDROs, and other transactions with accuracy and care.
