Overview

At GFT we have an open position for someone willing to work as Compensation Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Lead and administer compensation programs aligned with the company's values and strategic priorities, including salary survey participation, global market benchmarking, annual merit cycles, and bonus plan administration.

In partnership with the HR Director, plan, develop, and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures to support company goals and maintain competitive practices. Apply analytics and knowledge of advanced compensation concepts and theories to address highly complex business and cross-functional HR challenges. Oversee and direct program and project resources, ensuring alignment with program structure, project objectives and timely implementation.
