·Serve as the primary contact for retirement plan audits and 5500 filings.

Open Enrollment & Employee Communications

·Manage and lead all aspects of open enrollment campaigns, including benefits, Nonqualified Savings Plan, and COBRA open enrollment.

·Develop and execute clear employee communications and supporting materials related to annual open enrollment and benefits programs.

·Facilitate open enrollment meetings.

·Coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and systems teams (IT, HCM, Payroll) to ensure accurate setup, testing, and deployment within Workday.

Leave Administration

·Serve as the primary employee contact for leave administration-related questions and support.
