Job Description

The Benefits Officer oversees the timely administration and delivery of the day to day benefits operations/functions. She/he is responsible for the management and execution of benefits processing for both company initiated and government mandated benefits. She/he ensures that employee concerns, queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner. She/he reviews all benefits applications and documents, ensures compliance to guidelines and completion of required supporting documents to facilitate processing of benefits. The Benefits Officer establishes and maintains good rapport and relationship with government and private benefit providers of the company.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bacherlo's degree graduate, preferably in Human Resource, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • With 1-2 years of experience as a Benefits Officer handling government-mandated transactions (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG).
