The UCAN Benefits Operations team is seeking a US Benefits Analyst contractor to support the administrative needs of our benefit plans.
Our benefits programs are unique, and we are seeking a subject matter expert in all areas of US Benefits, including self-insured medical plans, (k), Family and Time Off plans.
This role will be responsible for tier benefit inquiries and escalations, and operational administration of our benefit programs including vendor management, compliance, and Open Enrollment support.
Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration
○ Experience managing the administration and vendor management for (k) and health plans, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, and HSA.
○ First point of contact for tier escalations and partnering with our shared services team to resolve employee inquiries.
