Join our team as a Benefits Support Specialist and help manage health insurance policies for clients. This role involves administrative support, data accuracy checks, and client communication. Responsibilities~
Manage distribution inbox and assign tasks. Generate benefit booklets for clients and employees. Validate benefit plans and perform quality checks. Respond to inquiries regarding plan provisions. Assist with client deliverables and documentation~
Census SBCs & ECs Renewal documents Plan comparisons Benefit guides Contact carriers for employee changes, exceptions, ID cards, etc.
Requisitos
High School diploma or higher. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). Administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Team player with enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Functional English proficiency.
