**BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA busca Benefits Support Coordinator Remote en Mérida, Yucatán**:
Join our team as a Benefits Support Specialist and help manage health insurance policies for clients. This role involves administrative support, data accuracy checks, and client communication.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage distribution inbox and assign tasks.
- Generate benefit booklets for clients and employees.
- Validate benefit plans and perform quality checks.
- Respond to inquiries regarding plan provisions.
- Assist with client deliverables and documentation:
- Census
- SBCs & ECs
- Renewal documents
- Plan comparisons
- Benefit guides
- Contact carriers for employee changes, exceptions, ID cards, etc.
**Requisitos**:
- High School diploma or higher.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
