- Handle inbound customer calls for a leading E-commerce process
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and payments
- Deliver a smooth, friendly, and professional customer experience
- Be the voice that represents the brand with confidence and clarity
✅ Who Can Apply:
- Fluent in Bengali (mandatory) & English
- Undergraduates are welcome
- Communication and listening skills
- Flexible to work rotational day shifts
